Who we are
Trigno Data & AI Ltd is the data controller for personal information collected through this website. You can contact us about privacy using hello@trignoai.com.
What we collect
- What you send us through our contact form: your name, company, email, phone number (if given), role, company size, best time to call and your message.
- If you phone us: your phone number, and, where we tell you at the start of the call, a recording or transcript of your message.
- Basic technical information our hosting provider records to keep the site running and secure, such as IP address and browser type.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, arrange calls and prepare a quote. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We do not use your details for marketing unless you ask us to, and we never sell them.
Where it is stored and who processes it
Enquiries from our contact form are sent by email to our business mailbox, which is hosted by our web and email provider, Hostinger, acting as our processor. If you phone us, our telephony provider handles the call. We only use suppliers that protect personal data to UK GDPR standards. No decision about you is made automatically: a person reads every enquiry.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted after 12 months. If you become a client, we keep records for as long as needed for the work and for our legal and accounting obligations.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict it. Contact us using hello@trignoai.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
