Put AI to work on your own data, safely
AI assistants that answer from your documents and systems with sources, Copilot that gives useful answers, and document AI that removes re-keying, all inside your own Microsoft tenant.
Sounds familiar?
For businesses that want practical AI with a clear payback, not experiments.
Staff use ChatGPT, but you can't safely give it company data.
You bought Microsoft 365 Copilot and the answers are vague, or it surfaces files it shouldn't.
People spend hours searching SharePoint and inboxes for answers.
You know AI matters but not where it would actually pay off.

An assistant on your data
Answers questions from your documents and systems, shows its sources, and says when it does not know.
Copilot readiness
SharePoint permissions fixed, sensitive content labelled and old versions archived, so Copilot finds the right answer.
Document AI
Extracts data from invoices, contracts and forms straight into your systems.
In Microsoft Teams
Where your people already work.
Safe by design
Runs in your own Microsoft account, only shows people what they're allowed to see, and keeps a log.

Questions
What growing businesses ask us
Is our data used to train the AI?
We use Microsoft's Azure OpenAI service in your own Microsoft account. Microsoft's terms for it state that your prompts and data are not used to train its models.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
Answers show their sources so people can check them, and the assistant is built to say when it does not know. We test it on your real questions before rollout.
Do we need clean data first?
For document Q&A, usually not. For answers about numbers, the data needs to be reliable, which is where Unify your data comes in.
What does it cost to run?
Usage-based Azure costs, typically small at SME scale. We estimate them for your expected usage before you start.
